BC Inspections was started after working in the construction industry for many years and seeing the defects that are found in homes. We decided to become licensed inspectors in 2008 to help protect the public or to give them the information to better guide their decision on a home purchase.

Then we will draft a report with color photos and defects of the inspection. These reports range from 15-50 pages depending on what is found.
The emailed copy will be sent the day of the inspection. Along with the report will be an itemized checklist you can use to take to your relator describing defects and your concerns.
